A warm, non-judgemental approach to understanding yourself, your patterns and how to influence them
We can all become stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. Patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviours that keep us stuck and get in the way of living a satisfying life. These patterns may get in the way of relationships, career, health and wellbeing. You may notice a lack of fulfilment and may be struggling to understand how to change this.
I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I provide evidence based treatment tailored to the needs of the individual. Working with adults, I have a special interest in working with trauma as well as with perinatal psychology.
